Add a Single Age Group
First - select the Event that you'd like to create an Age Group for, then click Add Age Group.
You'll need to fill out the following information to create this Age Group:
M/F - Male, Female, or Either Gender. Either means that this Age Group would include any participants within the age range set, regardless of Gender.
Min Age - The minimum age of participants to be in this Age Group
Max Age - The maximum age of participants to be in this Age Group
Name - The name of the Age Group. This is auto-filled for you from the mix/max and gender type, but can be overwritten.
Short Name - The short name of the Age Group. This is used in some reports to reduce space required. This is auto-filled for you from the mix/max and gender type, but can be overwritten.
No. Winners - This determines how many in this Age Group should be considered Award Winners.
Insert a Single Age Group
If you already have Age Groups set up, you can insert a single Age Group by using the "+" sign in the Insert column of an existing band:
This will insert a new row beneath the row you selected, and automatically increment the "Min Age" to be the previous "Max Age" plus one.
