You can enter participants one by one from the Participants Lookup page:
From here you can use the Add button at the top, or the Add a Participant button at the bottom of your current participant list.
You can use this page to enter in participant information.
The Settings button gives you access to control Quick Mode settings, as well as set any Default Fields.
