You can publish results from RaceDay Scoring to TFRRS for Cross Country Races by adding a report that has a "TFRRS" section within it. This is only available if the Race you are scoring is configured for Cross Country Team Scoring.

When you have a Report that includes a TFRRS Report Section, you will have access to a TFRRS Publish Settings button and a TFRRS Publish button.

Use the TFRRS Publish Settings button to login to TFRRS.

Next, select a meet to publish to:

Fill out the fields about the meet, then select Add Results Settings then select Save Settings.

Once this has been set up, use the TFRRS Publish button to push results up to TFRRS.
