If a reader clock resets, jumps time zones, or otherwise stamps a whole stretch of passings with the wrong time of day, you can shift that range on the Stream. RaceDay Scoring adds or subtracts the same offset from every read in the range.
Add the range
- Open Streams and Edit the Stream that collected the wrong times.
- Open Adjust Stream Read Dates and Times.
- Under Adjust Range of Reads to another Date/Time, click Add Another Range.
- Choose Add or Subtract, then enter how far the reads are off. Compare one raw read to a phone or laptop clock to get the hours, minutes, and seconds.
- Set From and To using the times currently on those raw reads, not the real time of day. Leave any reads that already look correct out of the range.
- If later races are still coming in on the wrong clock, extend To so those reads are included.
- Save.

Apply the shift
On the Dashboard, click Recalc., then RECALCULATE. That applies the shift to reads already collected. New reads on this Stream use the shift as they come in.

Open Raw Reads and confirm a shifted read now shows the correct time of day. Opening that read also shows Timeshifted to the adjusted time.
Notes
- The range is race-specific to this Stream. It does not carry to other races.
- Use Add Another Range if more than one stretch of times is off by a different amount.
- If you fix the reader clock before the next race, end To at the last wrong raw-read time so later reads are not shifted twice.
