First, you will need to have separate Overall Reports set up for each of the USAT Categories you wish to submit. You can use Participant Scoring Filters to do this based on a Custom Question Response, for example.



Go to Reports > Actions > Export > USAT Export to create a submission CSV from one of your Reports.



First select the USAT Category this Report includes data for, then map your Segment columns to include in the export. You can choose up to 5 to include in the export.



Then click Export and repeat this process for each other category.
