Welcome! This is a community forum for discussions about RaceDay Scoring and related RaceDay products.

For now this forum will be an open format without separate categories for discussion types. If we find that in the future we would benefit from adding these we can and may, but to begin with we think it will be simpler and more engaging to start with a single category for all posts.

While our support team is able to convert posts here into support tickets, we prefer that time-sensitive support issues come directly into our support team by submitting a ticket in the app, by using the Submit a Ticket page, sending us an email at raceday@runsignup.com, or giving the support line a call at 267-603-1469.

Some notes on logging in to the forum

• This login information is not your RunSignup or Race Director log in information, it is using a completely separate system
• If you already have submitted support tickets via email or through the portal you will receive an error when trying to login with this account. This is because the account has not been activated. If you receive the following notice, please send a note to raceday@runsignup.com or submit a ticket including the email address that you are trying to log in with. We will activate your account for you and you will be able to set up a password using the Forgot Password link.
• You can use the "Follow" button in a thread to subscribe to it. When you reply to a thread you will be notified of responses automatically.
• If you have a suggestion for a new feature or update, feel free to suggest it here and we will keep the status updated with whether or not we plan on adding this, or if it has been implemented.

The Rules

• No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.
• Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.
• Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.
• Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.
• Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
